Userzoom

UserZoom is an experience insights platform designed to help product, UX, and research teams plan, run, and analyze user research at scale. It supports both moderated and unmoderated studies, enabling teams to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback across web, mobile, and prototype experiences. The platform offers multiple research methods, including usability testing, card sorting, tree testing, surveys, and benchmarking, so teams can evaluate information architecture, task success, and overall user satisfaction in one place.

UserZoom includes panel and participant management capabilities, allowing teams to recruit from their own customers or from UserZoom’s integrated panels with targeting by demographics or behavior. Built-in study templates and guided workflows help standardize research activities and reduce setup time. Robust analytics and dashboards provide metrics such as task completion rates, time on task, SUS scores, and NPS, along with heatmaps, clickstreams, and video recordings with timestamps for deeper behavioral analysis.
