We're building a community-driven platform to help people discover and share useful AI & SaaS tools, SaaS products, and software. These guidelines help maintain a positive, helpful, and respectful environment for everyone.
Platform Scope & Neutrality
Tools listed on AICavo may be added by the platform, by community members, or by tool owners. Not all tools are submitted, managed, or claimed by their respective owners.
AICavo operates as a neutral discovery platform. Listing a tool does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
Do's - What We Encourage
- Submit accurate and complete information about tools
- Write helpful, constructive reviews and comments
- Share your genuine experiences with tools
- Be respectful and professional in all interactions
- Help others by answering questions and providing guidance
- Report inappropriate content or violations
- Keep your profile information up-to-date
- Give credit where credit is due
Don'ts - What's Not Allowed
- Submit fake, misleading, or duplicate listings
- Write fake reviews or manipulate ratings
- Pressure users to remove or change reviews
- Retaliate against reviewers or community members
- Spam, advertise excessively, or promote unrelated content
- Harass, bully, or attack other users
- Share copyrighted content without permission
- Attempt to game or manipulate the system
- Create multiple accounts to abuse features
- Share personal information of others without consent
- Post malicious links or harmful content
Tool Submission Guidelines
Quality Standards
- Important: We don't list or promote tools that are spammy, low-quality, adult, dating, gambling, or violate our guidelines. All submissions are subject to review and approval by our team to maintain the quality and trustworthiness of our directory.
- Tools must be functional and accessible
- Make sure you signed up using your official email address
- Use your real full name for your profile
- Upload your profile picture (optional) to help users recognize you and increase trust
- Provide clear, accurate descriptions
- Include relevant categories and tags
- Use appropriate logos and screenshots
- Specify correct pricing information
Prohibited Tools
- Tools that violate laws or regulations
- Malicious software or scams
- Tools promoting hate, violence, or illegal activities
- Duplicates of existing listings
Reviews, Ratings & Community Interactions
Reviews, ratings, comments, and votes reflect the personal opinions and experiences of individual users. These contributions do not represent the views of AICavo.
Tool owners are encouraged to respond professionally to feedback. Attempts to intimidate, threaten, or suppress reviews are not permitted.
Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations
- Content Removal: Removal of violating content
- Account Suspension: Temporary restriction of account access
- Account Termination: Permanent ban for serious or repeated violations

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it:
- Use the "Report" button on any content

- Provide specific details about the violation
Updates to Guidelines
We may update these guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
