AICavo operates as a neutral directory and service provider that hosts and displays content submitted by users or collected from publicly available sources for informational purposes.

The removal or disabling of access to any content pursuant to a DMCA notice does not constitute an admission of infringement, wrongdoing, or liability by AICavo.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content at our discretion, including content that may not strictly violate copyright law but is deemed inappropriate or legally risky.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing with sufficient detail
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction of Federal District Court

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.

Submitting false, misleading, or abusive DMCA notices may result in account suspension or other actions as permitted by law.
