Ruflo

Ruflo is an agent orchestration platform designed to extend Claude Code into a coordinated multi-agent system. It provides a “nervous system” for AI development environments, enabling intelligent swarms of specialized agents to collaborate, learn from experience, and operate securely across machines and teams. Its primary purpose is to make complex, multi-step AI workflows manageable, repeatable, and scalable without requiring developers to change how they write code day to day.

Under the hood, Ruflo uses Rust-powered WASM kernels for its policy engine, embeddings, and proof system, delivering a self-learning, self-optimizing agent architecture. It orchestrates 100+ specialized agents, supports RAG integration, and offers native integration with Claude Code and Codex. A hooks-based system automatically routes tasks, coordinates swarms, and updates memory from successful patterns, so agents improve over time while maintaining enterprise-grade security and federated communication across trust boundaries. Developers interact through a simple `init` and then continue to use Claude Code normally, while Ruflo manages routing, memory, and collaboration in the background.
