Userlytics

Userlytics is a remote user research platform designed to help teams evaluate and improve the usability, UX, and overall effectiveness of digital products. It enables moderated and unmoderated usability tests, where participants complete tasks on websites, mobile apps, prototypes, or digital experiences while their screen, audio, and optionally webcam are recorded. Researchers can define tasks, questions, and branching logic, then recruit participants from Userlytics’ global panel or invite their own users via custom links.

The platform supports testing across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices, including native apps, and offers tools such as time-on-task metrics, task success rates, and clickstream analysis. Built-in survey questions, card sorting, and tree testing help teams validate information architecture and content organization. Userlytics includes robust annotation, tagging, and highlight reel creation, enabling researchers and stakeholders to quickly isolate key moments and share findings.
