PipedriveSheets is a dedicated integration that connects Pipedrive with Google Sheets for real-time, two-way data synchronization. It is designed to give sales and operations teams a spreadsheet-based interface to view, edit, and manage Pipedrive data without manual exports or imports. The primary purpose of the tool is to streamline CRM data maintenance, reporting, and analysis directly from Google Sheets while keeping Pipedrive continuously up to date.

Key capabilities include automatic, scheduled imports of deals, contacts, activities, and other Pipedrive objects into Google Sheets, as well as instant push-back of changes made in Sheets to Pipedrive. Users can perform bulk edits—such as updating deal stages, owners, custom fields, or pipeline data—for hundreds or thousands of records at once, significantly reducing repetitive data entry. The sync is configurable, allowing users to choose which pipelines, filters, or fields to sync, and how frequently to refresh the data. Installation typically takes only a few minutes, and once connected, the sync runs in the background with minimal ongoing maintenance.
