Omnara

Omnara is a control and orchestration layer for local AI coding agents, designed to let you manage Claude Code and Codex instances running on your laptop from your phone or web browser. Its primary purpose is to give developers continuous, remote access to their AI coding environment so they can start, monitor, and adjust coding sessions without being physically at their machine. By separating the interface from the compute, Omnara enables secure, on-the-go interaction with powerful local models.

The platform provides a unified mobile and web dashboard where you can start and stop coding sessions, inspect active agents, and review generated code or diffs in real time. You can trigger new tasks, send instructions to existing agents, and approve or reject proposed code changes directly from your phone. Omnara surfaces key status information—such as running sessions, recent activity, and pending edits—so you can quickly understand what your agents are doing and intervene when needed. Because it connects to agents running locally, it preserves your existing development environment, tools, and repository access while adding a lightweight remote control layer.
