Scalr

Scalr is an infrastructure-as-code automation and governance platform designed to run Terraform and OpenTofu securely and efficiently at scale. It centralizes the execution of IaC workflows, providing a remote backend, state management, and orchestration layer that integrates with existing CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling. A core capability of Scalr is policy enforcement using Open Policy Agent (OPA).
