Preloop connects to systems like CRMs, ticketing tools, internal APIs, and data stores, then listens for defined events (for example, “new support ticket created” or “payment failed”). When these events occur, AI agents can automatically generate proposed actions, such as drafting responses, modifying configurations, or orchestrating multi-step workflows across multiple services. If an action is classified as sensitive—like issuing refunds, modifying access permissions, or changing production settings—Preloop intercepts the call and routes it to the appropriate approver via a review interface or existing communication channel.
