Planaut is an AI co-pilot for construction project management that converts complex project documents into actionable project controls. It is designed for contractors, builders, and project teams who need to move quickly from drawings, specifications, and addenda to clear scope, schedules, budgets, and field workflows. By centering on the documents that drive construction, Planaut reduces manual data entry while keeping teams fully in control of decisions and deliverables.

Planaut ingests PDFs, drawings, specs, spreadsheets, and images, then performs construction document scope extraction to identify work items, quantities, classifications, and source references. From this structured data, it can generate CPM schedules with trade sequencing, dependency logic, critical path analysis, and exportable Gantt views, as well as detailed cost and budget generation based on custom rate sheets, historical costs, labor, materials, and markups. The platform supports RFP, RFI, bid, and submittal generation and tracking, helping teams manage RFIs, ASIs, change orders, and approvals in one place. Built-in document chat, conflict identification, and conflict flagging provide page-level references and highlight potential coordination issues before they impact the field.
