Armorblox

Armorblox is an AI-powered email security platform designed to protect organizations from advanced communication-based threats. Integrated into Cisco’s security cloud, it analyzes language, behavior, and context within email and collaboration tools to detect attacks that bypass traditional secure email gateways. Its primary purpose is to prevent phishing, business email compromise (BEC), account takeover, and data loss by understanding the intent behind messages rather than relying solely on signatures or rules.

Armorblox uses natural language understanding (NLU) and machine learning models to inspect email content, metadata, and user interaction patterns at scale. It identifies socially engineered attacks, vendor fraud, payroll and invoice scams, and internal impersonation attempts that often appear legitimate. The platform provides automated detection and remediation, including quarantining or flagging suspicious messages, as well as guided workflows for security teams to investigate and respond. It integrates with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other email and collaboration environments, and leverages Cisco’s broader threat intelligence to continuously improve detection accuracy.
