Youtube Shorts Pipeline is an automated, end-to-end system for producing and publishing short-form video content from a single command. It takes a topic or news item and transforms it into a complete YouTube Short, handling research, scripting, visuals, audio, and upload with minimal manual input. The primary goal is to give creators and teams a consistent, fast, and low-cost way to generate Shorts tailored to their niche and style.

The pipeline covers every stage: topic research, hook-driven scriptwriting, AI-generated or stock B-roll, natural-sounding voiceover, animated captions, background music, thumbnail generation, and direct upload to YouTube. Version 3 introduces “Niche Intelligence,” where each stage reads from a niche profile that controls script tone, visual style, caption design, music mood, and thumbnail strategy. It includes 15 ready-made niches and allows custom profiles in minutes, enabling outputs that feel native to cooking, tech, true crime, and more. The tool supports multiple LLM providers (Claude, Gemini, GPT, Ollama), free Edge TTS, stock footage fallback, multi-platform export (YouTube, TikTok, Reels, X), and a Gradio web UI plus Google Colab for no-install usage.
