Streak

Streak is a customer relationship management (CRM) and workflow management tool built directly into Gmail. Its primary purpose is to let individuals and teams manage pipelines, track communications, and organize business processes without leaving their inbox. By embedding CRM capabilities inside Gmail, Streak reduces context switching and keeps all email-based work in a familiar interface.

Streak offers customizable pipelines for sales, support, hiring, fundraising, and other processes, allowing users to define stages, fields, and views that match their workflows. It automatically captures and organizes emails by contact and deal, supports shared pipelines for team collaboration, and provides visibility into who last contacted a client and what was discussed. Additional features include email tracking, mail merge for personalized bulk outreach, task and reminder management, file and note attachments, and integration with Google Workspace tools. Streak also provides reporting and basic analytics to monitor pipeline performance and team activity.
