Pilot is an AI-powered knowledge assistant designed for teams that rely on Google Drive as their primary content hub. It connects to your organization’s Drive, understands documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and PDFs, and turns them into a searchable, conversational knowledge base. The primary purpose of Pilot is to help teams quickly answer questions, learn processes, and access internal knowledge without manually browsing folders or files.

Pilot automatically indexes and semantically analyzes your Google Drive content, enabling natural language queries such as “What is our onboarding process for new engineers?” or “Summarize the latest Q3 sales report.” It can extract key points, generate summaries, and surface relevant sections from long documents, reducing time spent searching and reading. Access controls respect existing Drive permissions, ensuring users only see information they are allowed to view.
