Magicplan is a restoration workflow and field documentation platform designed to connect on-site teams with the office in real time. The primary purpose is to eliminate manual data re-entry and streamline the flow of information from the field to estimating, project management, and reporting systems.

Using a mobile device, technicians can create accurate floor plans, measure spaces, and annotate affected areas directly on-site. The app supports structured data capture for room conditions, materials, and quantities, which can be converted into detailed scopes of work. Integrated photo and document management allows users to tag images to specific rooms or line items, improving clarity and traceability. Magicplan also offers Xactimate® integration, enabling users to export project data and measurements into industry-standard estimating workflows, reducing errors and duplication of effort.
