Geekbot

Geekbot is an asynchronous communication tool designed to automate routine team check-ins, including daily standups, retrospectives, and status updates, directly within Slack and Microsoft Teams. Its primary purpose is to replace disruptive real-time meetings with structured, written updates that can be completed and reviewed on each team member’s own schedule. By doing so, it helps distributed and hybrid teams stay aligned without adding meeting overhead or context switching.

Geekbot allows teams to set up recurring question-based workflows, such as standups, surveys, and quick polls, that are automatically delivered to selected participants.
