Eesel

Eesel is a browser extension that organizes and surfaces work documents directly from your browser, without requiring changes to existing tools or workflows. It automatically indexes documents from tools like Google Drive, Notion, Confluence, Slack, and other web-based apps as you access them, then makes them searchable through a unified, in-browser interface. Users can open a simple command bar with a keyboard shortcut to quickly find documents by title, content, or filters such as app, creator, or date.

Eesel also groups related documents into “folders” based on projects or topics, helping teams navigate information without manually curating links. The tool supports shared views so teams can align around common resources, such as onboarding materials, project documentation, or meeting notes. It runs locally in the browser, with indexing done on the client side, which can reduce dependency on external data storage.
