Aquasec

Aquasec is a Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) designed to secure cloud-native applications across their entire lifecycle, from code to runtime. It provides unified visibility and control over risks spanning containers, Kubernetes, serverless functions, and cloud infrastructure. The platform’s primary purpose is to help organizations detect, prioritize, and remediate security and compliance issues before they impact production environments.

Aquasec combines posture management, workload protection, and runtime defense in a single solution. It offers cloud security posture management (CSPM) to identify misconfigurations in public cloud environments, and Kubernetes security posture management (KSPM) to harden clusters and policies. The platform includes container and serverless security, image scanning for vulnerabilities and malware, and software supply chain security to validate images and dependencies before deployment. Runtime protection capabilities detect anomalous behavior, block unauthorized activity, and enforce least-privilege policies using techniques such as behavioral profiling and drift prevention. Integration with CI/CD pipelines and developer tools enables shift-left security without disrupting workflows.
